South-West
Day 1

Leave Kigali early in morning for the south West region of the country. Stop at Nyanza to visit the ancient King palace. Here you visit both traditional and modern palaces of our last King Mutara IV Rudahigwa. A guide will accompany you throughout your visit telling you the history of our country and explaining to you about every step you make.
Visit the National Museum in Butare town; here you have a whole documentation of the history of our country. We organize cultural dancers troops on request.
Lunch at Ibis restaurant then proceed to Cyangugu. Visit Murambi genocide memorial. Head for Nyungwe natural rainforest.
Dinner and overnight at Gisakura guest house.

Day 2
Leave early morning for chimpanzés trek. Picnic lunch in the forest then go for visiting orchid fields visit at Uwinka .
Dinner and overnight at Gisakura guest house.

Day 3
After an early breakfast go for a 6 hours nature walk which make you discover the deep inside of Nyungwe forest. You cross 2 small waterfalls before you rich the last which is the biggest and thrilling one. You meet also many species of wild flowers, birds, butterflies and big but rare trees.
Picnic lunch and walk back to the guest house.
Dinner and overnight at Gisakura guest house.

Day 4
Before you leave for Kigali, visit Gisakura tea factory.
Drive back to Kigali, stop at Gihindamuyaga and visit the tin metal local factor. This is an opportunity to buy some souvenirs. Stop at Maraba and visit coffee plantations and factory. Arrive in Kigali before dark
Dinner in an African restaurant
Over night in Kigali.
